Any planned story for the Windy Peaks?

With the game now in the final Act, I was wondering if there are any plans for the Windy Peaks region to have some sort of story element.

So far all other regions had something. Old forest had effigies + hornets, Harvest Valley had centaurs, Foothills had orcs, Frostwood had kitsune + Winter city, Glacial rift had Gweyr's story + Lumia, and the Undermountain leads up to Kor'minos.

The Windy peaks, on the other hand, seems to be lacking any sort of resolution.

Is it perhaps something to do with the Harpy Matriarch which is yet to be added?

Not particularly, it's just a small side area.

I'd like to make the Harpy Matron's abode explorable, but I don't know if I'd call that an area storyline. More like an end-area dungeon.

Much like the Hornet Hive wich was an dungeon first, that when completed would become an small abode where you could interact probably with the harpy matron and/or others?
