Iirc Terry can't be pregged without giving him/her a vagina, as none of the normal tf items work on him/her

Oh you meant WITHOUT a vag. Then no, I think as far as I remember there's none for the typical MPreg in terms of NPCs. That's pretty niche.
I think the PC had a TF for it but can't remember.

There is an item that gives the ability, anusol+ I think it was. It was not implimented for anyone other than the pc, just as pregnancy in general was not really implimented for anyone but the pc.

Anusol+ does work in the current version (I tested it with debug), though the rate of impregnation is very low
