You're a merc. If melee buy a biona Whip. Press Attack and and press it again. Probably good game. Stun her for be certs. Clust grenade to soften people enouhg for Kitty to pop a few.
Be agressive. A stun can death spiral you.
If Gun Merc. Rapid fire Royal or Myr Bow of Goovolver. Early and often. Pray she doesn't flash.
Show Juggernaut and Amara your tits. Or your dick. Or both.

Really the only plausible outcome should be Silence 2: The Squeakquel, wherein Steele loses horribly to Juggernaut, somehow escapes, then loses horribly again to Amara. But honestly that sucked in The Silence and it would suck worse in TiTS, which is intended as muh power fantasy and not the story of getting the shit kicked out of you.
If I was going to redesign the fight, I would have Amara be effectively lust-immune but have Steele "win" by reducing her below three-quarters of her health, causing the cutscene where she gets knocked off the roof. By doing that you present Amara as someone to dread fighting while letting the player actually win the fight. It's the same design decision that would have helped fix the crippling flaw of The Silence as a game.

I didn't think the Goovolver would be effective against Amara, honestly. Her power armor could defeat actual real bullets, so I didn't think goo would do all that much. Not to mention that the other pirates in the base didn't seem to care for lust attacks, so I figured that extended to the juggernaut and Amara, as well.

Bit out of luck with most lust weaponds beyond the googun since I jailed the badger already lol.
There are two lust bows you can get on the ant planet and a couple of whips you can buy at the S&M store on Tarkus. Also you can always just tease her.
It´s kinda sad, that you allmost can´t defeat her "normaly". I tried several times, won a few times but every time I did, it was total luck. Can´t imagine the fight without Headbutt
Well Uveto is out now, but it will still be a couple of builds before it is fleshed out. So between 1 to 2 months I'm guessing.
Not speaking as a developer with access to all the developer stuff here, but given that Uveto isn't a fully fleshed world, similar to New Texas, and has been under the hood off and on for a bit, I imagine it'll be closer to one month. It depends on how much writing frenzy there are for the encounters.
