Any changes regarding classes, perks and combat?

Are there any changes? Apart from the changes to the "tease" action.

That fun "Wait -> Grope" interaction during the Overqueen fight in the tutorial doesn't happen anymore. Aside from that, it's all just UI changes for now. However, there will at some point be an option for Steele to gain psionic powers, which will probably have some interaction with the class system; I've heard it might replace the perks available after taking that choice, but I don't think anything's been confirmed yet.
