Quick (and hopefully not too stupid) question: Can you find/get/buy Kaelirra's Tears anywhere? I mean, other than completing Brother Sanders "Getting into The Closet" quest?

It saved my backside the last encounter I had. Would be nice to be able to get more of it at some point.

It's... also a ridicilously potent consumable. Were it a Wondrous Item in a DnD campaign (which CoC2 draws much if its inspiration from.) it'd be the kind of treasure that players would hoard the entire campaign and potentially never use because they'll likely never see another one.

I don't... think so... it might be a rare drop but i don't recall ever seeing it and i've grinded an absolute shit tonne in this game in every zone.

Well, I have some good news, dependent on how you look at it: Kaelirra’s Tears, Razorcup Nectar, and I’m pretty sure Wyldsap (though I’ve yet to have it appear myself), can all be offered by Kohaku as one of her random special offers.
Edit: She can also sell you Ley Crystal Grenades.

Those kinda prerequisites becoming a foxen yourself though don't they? at least... she never procced that encounter whenever I approached her before taking Keros' bargain, though I have procced it twice after the fact.

I’m fairly sure I’ve been offered the crystal grenade and tears at least once without being soul bound, but I’m not certain. I’ll test for a bit and get back to you.

No, it's simply one of her random special deal items. I've seen very very many while save scumming for her to sell fluffy sash/scarfs.

World's fastest update: Loaded a non-bound save and got it after three attempts.

Once it has procced, you have to sleep a day away for her to be able to proc again, so do that and start again from the beginning.

Or have three Metal Parts on hand and she'll reshuffle her inventory immediately.
