Ok so I know this is gonna sound weird and stupid, but why does Anno actually like MC, to me it doesn't feel like there's any romantic attraction at all on her part compared to syri, with syri the player had to go through phases of getting to know her then making the relationship official, with anno it just feel like "friends with benefits" status, like I dunno if anno and mc ever had intimate moments where she's just thinking/caring about MC, or maybe she might have, but I don't think she ever had a confession moment with boyfriend & girlfriend labels, compared to syri and the rest of the crew-members, all in all, this to say, that to me she doesn't feel as close to MC compared to Syri and the rest of the stelle harem members on the ship. and honestly I wouldn't mind if the devs made it possible to take anno and the rest of the crew member on dinner dates on the ship.

P.S. also I'm not saying this cuz I hate her or anything, I like anno, though the poly-stuff does get annoying like is my MC and Kaede not enough for you, lol.

I don't really get it, either; honestly, I feel like the only person she has any romantic chemistry with is Kaede, and all her other relationships are sexual, professional or familial. I think the main reason is that she doesn't really have any more... personable scenes; they all tend to be sexual, professional or matter-of-fact. Even with the main exception, her family Christmas event, both her sister and girlfriend get better scenes and have such scenes in their normal content as well, and those make me feel like they're proper girlfriends with Steele. She doesn't even have such scenes with Kaede in-game; if it weren't for The Gene Stealer, I'd doubt that relationship, too.

Anno has some good scenes but definitely not as much of a 'romantic' interest as much as a professional/sexual one. Portable sell shop is good, some of her sex scenes are great, but for romance Syri is the better sister.

I think Anno more of tags along as part of a professional relationship and a way to get off Tarkus (which also means a chance to fuck more people) moreso than a romantic thing.

The incredibly unsatisfying doylean answer is that she was effectively content complete over a decade ago, before TiTS turned into a Waifu Collection Game that gave the remotest fuck about actually romancing your pixel waifus. She existed and was finished with before big relationship packages were an expected part of the game.

But would it be possible for someone else or either of the devs, to write a scene or make more content for her, or even make it possible to take anno out on dates/spend more time with her, just so that there's the romance aspect for her character??

Sure, that's what happened to Syri. It's possible to write anything.

I'm not going to, because I don't really work on TiTS much anymore, but Fen could totally commission somebody for a big Anno relationship expansion if he wanted -- though he's far less sanguine on the waifu romance part of the game than I am.
