Anno and Hellhound Syri twincest

Is it impossible do the Anno and Syri questline if Syris a hellhound? If so that's very dissapointing

It's possible, but the dialogue choices are unintuitive. When you get three options with Syri, select Anno's Hot. Then separately do Event Whorizon and talk to Syri about Hellhound to unlock the vet sequence.
