Android port screen problem

does anyone else using the android port on mobile devices get this white strip at the bottom of the screen when you try and scroll the text?

Actually yes, but only on my phone (android 4.2.2)

Yes and does the touching an option lag for anyone else

I've just written off the lag as something normal, happens in TiTS as well.
