Amulet & Kiyoko questions

So does only sleeping at the Frost Hound or a camp proc going to the Astral Plane and seeing Kiyoko? Because staying ovet at Anna's farm or sleeping at the Fox Den doesn't - or hasn't yet - triggered any sort of scenes or sequences for me; unless the Fox Den has some sort of dream/mental barrier to prevent weird and/or lewd dreams, but then what about Anna's farm?

There are a few sleeping areas that don't give you the opportunity to dream. Brint's cuddle scene, Ragnild up in the war camp, etc. The safe option (for example if you're trying to grind Kiyoko - heh - to nine tails before freeing her from the orb and don't want to waste too many days) is going to sleep in your bed or in a camp.
