I can't seem to encounter Lumi on tarkus no matter how much i run around and i cant find anything in the flags that would cause that

Likely bad RNG. Keep trying. I think Mare Musk might increase your chances.

still nothing im getting the same 6 or so encounters repeating even with mare musk, shes on tarkus right? there no other location she moves to?

Maybe your save is borked or something?

Try loading up an older one or bum rushing to Tarkus on a new one and see if you have the same problem prior to initiating the cure quest.

does anyone know what flags are connected to lumi other than the addiction level flag? nvm i think i found it, there was a flag for disabling lumi that i didnt catch before hand so im gonna try that
