If you have some sample text and a save file, I might be able to look into this further, but the code doesn't seem to be bugged. I did refine some of the checks to ensure a penis exists, but that's more for future-proofing rather than solving this report in particular. For the hardlight strap-on, it can be for any item compatible in the inventory, not necessarily if it is worn.
