How am I supposed to beat her when she is 94.5% immune to all my energy weapons? Is it just tease damage?

I've always just stunlocked her while my drone takes her out. You can also equip a non-energy weapon, such as the Aegis machine gun from the earlier juggernaut fight; Tech Specialists aren't completely useless with mundane weapons.
I don't think she actually has 94.5% immunity to Energy weapons. I'm pretty sure that's a misunderstanding of the "Mirrored" flag, which protects against Lasers, specifically. Unless you're actually seeing that in-game?
Ranged: She has a weakness to Freezing, so the Cryolizer might be decent.
Melee: If you have good Physique*, the Lightning Rod works fairly well.
*Aren't relying solely on Charge Weapon bonus damage
