How am I supposed to beat her when she is 94.5% immune to all my energy weapons? Is it just tease damage?

I don't think she actually has 94.5% immunity to Energy weapons. I'm pretty sure that's a misunderstanding of the "Mirrored" flag, which protects against Lasers, specifically. Unless you're actually seeing that in-game?
Ranged: She has a weakness to Freezing, so the Cryolizer might be decent.
Melee: If you have good Physique*, the Lightning Rod works fairly well.

Amara is extremely weak to tease damage, yes. This is kind of absurd with how the post-fight dialogue goes, but teasing her is easily the most effective way to beat her.
Well now I'm wondering about that. I'm a wiki addict and read about her before ever first fighting her, so I've always just assumed energy weapons wouldn't work and never bothered trying. In retrospect, I don't know why I had absolute blind faith in the information within a community-run wiki...
