I was looking at the gallery and when I came across Mai and Miko, I thought it sounded familiar, So i checked online, and I realized that there are a Mai and Miko in COC2 as well. The color schemes are even the same, and both Miko's have larger tits than Mai. Am I overthinking this?
Am I overthinking this, or is Mai and Miko from Kiro's questline a reference to Mai and Miko from COC2?

Miko & Mai were a pair of foxgirls I wrote in CoC1; they were Helia's drinking buddies in town.
Fen wrote them as minor NPCs in TiTS, just a shoutout really.
Then Tobs made them waifus in CoC2.
