Specifically, I met up, went to her place, Ride Her > Pussy (edit: it also happened after the Dickslam scene). After the scene, the Next button did nothing, and I was still locked out of most actions.
Fortunately, this wasn't a total loss, as I still had the option to go fuck myself, which freed up my controls. I'm sure this isn't allegory for anything at all.
