Fixed Almost no limit to Blackjack bets

The only limit I've found on how much you can bet on a hand of Blackjack (with both Roo and the robot dealer) is the amount of credits you possess. I was under the impression Roo in particular was supposed to be much more limited. Instead I just made 5,555,555 off her in a single hand. See screencap and save.

This issue is still present. Notable: Roo herself tells you the limit for betting the first time you encounter her, which is probably why I had that impression.

An additional element: To play with a non-default (500) bet, you have to either:

1. Type in your bet amount
2. Press 1 instead of clicking on the Play button

or

1. Type in your bet amount
2. Mouseover the Play button, or any other button
3. Observe that your bet amount has been reset to 500
4. Type in your bet amount again
5. Click the Play button

Back in flash the most exploitable way to make cash was in fact, custom betting with the robo dealer your current credit amount and winning. Roo didn't have this mechanic so she is the one who is bugged. They threw the custom bet back in pretty haphazardly iirc.

Hopefully fixed for the next release... I think.

The main issue I found was that Roo's interaction was clearing the input bar, which is definitely a bug. The bar should now be persistent so you can input the value you want to bet and it should read through (and give any errors for min/max/invalid values).

As for limitations, I do recall there being one for Roo, though after reviewing the code thoroughly, it seems the only limit is that she takes a break as a dealer for the day if you make her orgasm. Other than that, I don't think she has any other caps... However, I did find in the ancient code that the regular dealer's max bet cap was a lot higher, so I increased the current max bet to match (25000 credits). This value may change on release, but this seems to better match the original intent at least.
