Neither Petra's Whip nor the Dancing Flashblade count for the Tech Specialist's Static Strike ability despite both counting as Energy Weapons. I'm assuming they are Energy weapons because they both have the "Energy Weapon" SPECIAL FLAG, however they do lack the "Energy Weaponry" DAMAGE FLAG that all other energy weapons have. Bug or Feature?
P.S.: The Lash Cannon also has the opposite issue yet still works for the Overcharge ability.
