Got stuck in the Tavros hanger after beating Petra and equipping the Phasic Whip. Reloaded a save and did the fight over again and it's working fine. Haven't been able to replicate.

Getting the same issue except it is not resolving and there is nothing to do afterwards.

edit: fixed now, ty for help ged. While there, also fixed the player not getting their shibari "clothing" as loot.

After talking to her about "Her", "You", "Her Mods", "About Host" and "Rivalries", the player character also needs to be a pain slut (have the "Akane's Painslut" perk) in order to talk about "History". Hope that helps.
