Other than improving the relationship score by +7, does giving Aileh facial scrubs do anything?

Seeing as they are an item that changes a stat score

or does it just mean she would enjoy a spar day

It doesn't change her physical appearance if that's what you're looking for. Just an easy way to speed up when she decides she like likes you.
