Its been a while and I recently started a new file, so I currently haven't recruited Agni yet, but how come she's staying at the fire temple and not the frost hound, after helping her look young, since majority of the companions that MC recruits stay there, using the frost hound as a base of operations, aside from Kiyoko, who stays in the fox den when not traveling with MC???

I assume she's at the temple to prevent half of the Frost Marches from being in the Frost Hound. But what's one more waifu for Garth to tend to.

I personally don't have a lot of use for her as a party member. That results in me only interacting her to see content, then sending her back to her goon cave. She is a good character, but I have interacted with her less that any other companion. I think she needs more combat sets, tease dps or debuff set maybe, and she needs to be in a hub area like the Wayfort or Frost Hound, but frankly, anywhere closer to a waystone will do. In an ideal world, we don't have to juggle party members to get some spicy chicken in the comfort of our home.

She is really good in hardmode situations, where you need to fight 5+ rounds to win.
Unfortunately, most of the game is not like that.
She is also probably the only one* who could buff spellpower directly to other characters, so theres that too.
*permanent, cait and quint has blessing but it is a consumed buff

I assume you are talking about companions in regards to spellpower buffs. Cause you can learn the charmer's Cadence of Power at-will stance for the champ and it scales with sexiness and at around 150+ sexiness grants all party members +50 to all attack stats, and it stacks with blessing, throw on a weapon buff, and you can do some wacky shit. A build I'm working on is trying to incorporates all that, with Whirlwind in the hopes of seeing many big numbers. The Beyblade build will be a force to be reckoned with lol

Flamewing aside, Storm-Skald's encounter ability Shred feels underpowered, especially compared to her at-will and recharge abilities, I honestly rather take a better buff over the chip damage. Otherwise, it has potential to be good, I just haven't found a good team comp for her yet.

I mean if the PC decides to minmax, we are going to always be better than the companions.
That said, she is one of the better companions we have right now.
