If something has gone wrong with it updating on your computer it's the type of program where you can search its name and find reliable options just fine. Make sure the search result you pick has adobe as the first or second word of the site name, then go ahead with any update prompts and you should be fine.
If nothing else it might be a driver update type thing, which often needs/becomes an option to be done shortly after getting a new computer for multiple driver types, and would probably optimize your computer performance in general.
