I just happened to see the photo you're talking about last night. It's on their tumblr. You can see it under this tag,

EDIT: I just googled Raskvel Broodmother and the Trello link took me to the picture and it's there. Not deleted from my end, anyways. Weird.

I don't mean the normal picture. There was three pictures of the Raskvel Broodmother with each one having her progressively more pregnant and ending at the one you linked to.

I don't think the images on the Trello are forbidden per se, just more that you can see several iterations of a character and some of them can be quite spoiler heavy especially as some contain their respective google documents additions to the game. Its not "THEY'RE ALL BANNED!" and more "Yeah, we want people to be surprised".
