T Theron Well-Known Member Nov 8, 2018 3,993 1,503 45 Today at 4:35 AM #2 Yes, but it requires save-editing, you won't be able to buy/find them anywhere. To start, I recommend making a Custom Psi Weapon, then Saving to File and looking at it in a Text Editor. Global Values should help.
