According to the Smutosaurus wiki, the Breeder perk is obtained either from Character Creation or from Kasyrra. However, her page doesn't seem to note when exactly she gives you the perk (to my knowledge, I could've easily missed it as it's a pretty big page.) I had thought that the perk is gained from having vaginal sex with her during the tutorial, but after double-checking, I realized later that I didn't receive the Breeder perk despite having vaginal sex with her.
So where exactly can I get the Breeder perk outside of character creation? Or is it just impossible to obtain unless you start with it?
Edit: I'm an idiot and realized that the column listing Kasyrra isn't "obtained by", it's "used by."
