On the subject of unlocking achievements, what are the exact requirements for To the Brim? The description only states "Become inundated with fluids", but there are three different types of cumflation in the game, and they can have wildly varying values depending on who does the cumflating; it's not clear which type(s) of cumflation count towards it (or even if types matter at all), nor how much cumflation is necessary to get it.
Alternatively, is there a reliable way to get To the Brim, and if so, what is it?

I could be very wrong about this, but I think all three holes have to be filled; vagina, ass and mouth. I know I've managed to have two filled at once, but I don't think I've been able to have all three filled at the same time.
