As the goddess of breeding, can Lumia tell from a glance if the champ is a notable breeder? Like Vegeta with a scouter, can she look and just feel "his progeny level is over 9000!!!!"? Maybe not pinpoint the exact number of kids, but perhaps she can give a reasonable estimation.
Also, when ladies proclaim her name during sexy time or ask her to send the champ their way again like Hretha does, can she listen or otherwise sense it in some way?

For the first question, I don't know - maybe. It would be nice to have a scene where she recognizes a fellow breeder, even if you don’t soulbind yourself to her.

As for the second, Hretha and Infrith are orc priestesses of Lumia, so it makes sense for them to say that without any higher explanation of whether Lumia is listening or not.

This is a reference to "OMG," but put in the context of a fantasy world. Harpies and Kailani do the same with Sorra. Thallia uses "Goddess" but it is implied she is speaking about Nareva. I think someone is using Malach as well.

So maybe all of them are listening - or maybe not -
