A way to raise up Intelligence and Willpower.

There should be a way to raise up Intelligence and Willpower, cause we have a way to raise up Physique, Reflexes, and Aim so why not those two stats?

Syri can raise intelligence.

There is a npc with willpower training in the works i believe but i wouldn't expect anything in the near future.

Willpower does have a way to raise it in the works, but I haven't seen any updates on it's progress from Savin recently. A series of encounters with a Stormguard warrior will act as a slow, but repeatable way of raising willpower.
