So I've been seriously considering starting from scratch to pick up exclusive Mirror Stance-learned skills. Is it possible to get Kasyrra's skills in a fight and still romance her? Or are they mutually exclusive?

AFAIK you cannot fight kass in wintercity AND be in a romance, that being said every power she has CAN be stolen from other enemies. Lunge can be stolen from alante, dragon evelyn. Dragon breath can be stolen from young sea wyrm, the hydra and dragon evelyn again.
None of those encounters are repeatable tho except dragon evelyn. So if you locked yourself out of her content you might be shit out of luck

You don't need to get them from Kas, I believe all her stealable abilities are no longer unique. The breath power can be gotten from the hydra boss during the challenge to enter Starhome, for example. The wiki explains where to get a lot of the stealable powers, sans some of the more recent ones.
