So I decided to start up a new save as a Kui-tan. And I figured "Well I know who I'm banging ASAP". So I decided to look around for Kiro by trying to find her distress signal.
Either I'm having terrible luck, or there's some kind of hidden requirement needed to be able to Find her. (I personally find it weird there's no option to just search for thing's other than combat in space, but that's a different discussion)
So does anyone know if you need to do Something else first? Like be a certain level, or find the first probe or something? I checked the Wiki, and only her quest later has a level requirement.
