A pregnancy problem

So I ended up getting myself into a stupid issue. Starting off I picked infertile because I didn't really want to mess with pregnancy stuff, but when I got to the Queen of the Deep I felt bad so I figured why not? And then I saw it'd take 40 days and I really didn't want to wait that long, but I figured I could just go cram twelve tons of motherhusk down my face and slam that little shit out in a week, so I, very stupidly I might add, figured it wasn't a problem and saved over the only save before getting pregnant that wasn't over an hour back.

The problem I'm having is that nothing actually seems to be changing the timer. I went around Tarkus, picked up and used six or seven motherhusk, no change. So, I got the save editor. I've tried every conceivable thing I can think of. I changed the incubation modifiers, all of them, I removed the infertility perk and tried it again, I tried moving the date forward, nothing. I was hoping to find something where I could just manually change the time remaining but if it exists I have no clue where. Admittedly I may as well be blind when looking for stuff but whatever.

So, I really don't want to wait 40 days, given that my entire adventure so far has gone through multiple regions in 35 that just feels wrong. I'd also rather not just continue playing with a gimped reflex score because my character is a hundred pound woman carrying two hundred pounds of eggs, and also I find pregnant sex the opposite of hot so that'd just sorta leave a sour taste. And, I'd prefer not to just redo an hour of the same content over again. So, is there any remaining way that I can speed up the incubation time that I'm just too stupid to find or is this just my life now?

you can't muck with your incubation speed retroactively.

If you don't wanna do a bunch of sleeping, there's a maternity option in the nursery to skip time (though that doesn't let you get the cute note from that particular set of brats) and there's also a cheat "88mph" iirc that also lets you skip time.

If you're using TiTSed, there should be a flag in the "raw" tab that correlates to the timer for your ass eggs, just use the search function.

That's fair, I probably should've figured that was the problem, trying to do it afterwards. As far as the raw tab, I tried looking through there with a few different searches; ass, pregnancy, incubation, timer, etc. and I couldn't find anything that looked right, the things that seemed close didn't have numbers matching up to the pregnancy timer and I just didn't want to screw with it honestly. Instead I just realized that the manual time setting feature can be used to set the date back so I just decided to pass the forty days by sleeping and then set the time back and just hope that doesn't mess anything up. Thanks for the help though, even if it wasn't exactly what you guys said I probably wouldn't have even realized I could do that otherwise, I probably would've just sat around being bitter for no good reason.

Instead of using cheats or messing around with flags and stats, you could have just gone to the nursery and instantly waited out the pregnancy there.

How do you do the time skip? I'm in the nursery but I can't seem to find any option to start the time skip
