A Perk Question

So my question is about the perk Oviparous I know the races Harpy, and the Mothfolk can get the perk but is there any other race that can get the Oviparous perk? I mean besides them we have the Lizardfolk, and both of the Salamanders race so why can't they have the perk as well.

In this game, salamanders give live birth. Not sure about lizards.

@Alypia That's why I asked as why isn't it able to also get the Oviparous Perk it doesn't make any since when you think about does it.

At the moment, lizard folk TF doesn't give the perk. This may or may not change in the future.
