No. You need to meet up with Erra on Mhen'ga for whatever reason, but then the option exists for Syri/Erra/Steel threesome.
I think I recall hearing about some kinda milodan orgy or mating festival or whatever? Can anyone elaborate on that or is this just the Mandela effect kicking in?
Milodan breeding solstice; wiki says one-off christmas event. Pretty sure you just have to walk around Uveto's danger zone while it's christmas to get it but I'm not 100% sure.
