When starting up a new playthrough, for some reason all male characters are instantly being turned into femboys. Instead of setting the masculinity to 40%, the game instead sets the PC Steele into having 50% feminity, regardless of race chosen. I'm not sure how this bug got here, I just started up a new playthrough to go about testing a bunch of basic functions as I usually do, and then suddenly my male steeles were turning into girls. This persists across saves, turning even other male steeles across save files into femboys. I am not sure if this is simply a browser bug(am using firefox), or something has gone seriously wrong this update. Either way, I'd appreciate not having to use the save file editor just to fix the bug, or cheats for that matter.

I would present a save file, but simply starting the game seems to do it for me, so... I blame Doctor Badger for this.

Just tested it (both new and old games), and I haven't run into it. Playing on Edge (PC), if it makes a difference.
You might want to post a save anyway.

Also, there was a stealth hotfix for something-or-other.

Fair enough, I'm still experiencing the bug so far.

Apart from that the game seems to attribute male pronouns to your character automatically which has full male and no female equipment, and yet the game also considers your character as trans as can be seen by the (T) in the name of the savefile.

That's so silly.

The game pretty much always does this whenever you have your femininity or masculinity set to a specific value. It's why all kaithrit male steeles start off considered as trans despite the fact that they're flat and also with no female equipment. It's basically the game's way of automatically determining whether you're transitioning to a certain sex.

Huh I always thought the (T) was for twink or trap since I've only seen it on my femboy.

This is the correct assumption as the one-letter initials are supposed to represent the genital configuration of the character more than the gender role presentation/preference. At the time it was implemented, there was emphasis in categorizing and identifying characters by their genitals. So for the save files, the letters are as follows (also checked in this order):
  • "N" for "neuter", or having no male or female genitals.
  • "H" for "herm", or having both male and female genitals.
  • "T" for "trap", or only having male genitals in an androgynous or feminine shaped body.
  • "C" for "cuntboy", or only having female genitals in a masculine shaped body.
  • "M" for "male", or only having male genitals.
  • "F" for "female", or only having female genitals.
I've made adjustments for the next release to better match how the in-game actually weighs the "T" and "C" categories ("C" should now also require no breasts).

As for the femininity bug, I'm looking into it, but I don't think there should be anything that changes femininity so drastically right after character creation. If you can recall what you did during your initial play through, that might be helpful.

Edit: Actually, I might have found the culprit: Maybe you made a flat chested female character prior, but never hard-restarted the game and made a new male character, then after selecting a breast size (flat), the character's femininity reverted to the original female character's femininity level... If this is the case, I'll try to add some value resets on character creation to help prevent that for the next release.
