Version .8.7, Tested on the .exe, Steam, and in Firefox version 142.0 with 5 different saves. I bring Arona and small Lyric to camp, wait in 12 hour intervals (at 9am in case there is a requirement for morning or night), and the scene doesn't trigger no matter how much time passes. Upon turning Lyric big, the scene triggers with no issue.

I tested triggering the small Lyric scene activation on saves that have and have not completed Demon of Ice and/or discovered dragon's blood thinking the prerequisites for the dragon TF are required for the scene to activate but no dice. Tested on Dom and Sub Arona as well, just in case it's a factor, again, no dice.
I've had this problem since .8.5, but after seeing a post about someone having the same problem, I started investigating using various saves with different versions of Lyric and Arona, as well as differing quest states. After compiling the information, I decided to ask the discord, after which, user Shadowcthuhlu confirmed they also had the bug playing the browser version through Chrome.
