Although this is a suggestion for another game (free cities) I would like to see what kind of adaptation can be made for TiTS.

Basically this version would involve a dungeon facility or a Psychiatric ward and the PC is the Patient or the Warden.

For the Free cities game I am still learning how to mod it. So this may end up as a mod for that game as well as soon as I learn the code for that game and find a writer.

First, this is not the place to post this kind of thread. I'm not sure exactly where would be, but not in the Event Submissions or Ideas subforums, for sure.

Second, this idea would be run way differently in Free Cities than TiTS. If you did make the content for one game, you couldn't use pretty much any of it for the other (at least not without HEAVY editing).

Third, you shouldn't expect to just 'find a writer'. Unless you're planning on paying them, the chances that you'll find someone who wants to (and can) write what you tell them to, rather than just whatever they want to (especially for TiTS) is pretty freakin low. If you are looking at paying a writer, there's a whole thread for writers to post their availability and rates. If not, you'd be better off trying to write it yourself, unless you got really lucky.

You'd have to come up with a cohearent setting for this ward, along with a logical reason for Steele Jr. to be in such a situation, something that would be more complicated than it is for Free Cities. The handwaving of, you own the arcology, nearly everyone here does what I want and the rest are my slaves, doesn't quite work in TiTS.

Yeah it seems to me that if it were to somehow get into the game it would be non-cannonical. Which, in my opinion is what the things you're pointing at are, twisting and turning something that doesn't fit the game's universe. I.E.; the mechanism by which Poe A TFs you basically being so contrary to TiTs mechanics that it had to be isolated from the rest of the game.

I do have an appreciation for the overall concept. I works well within itself and it tries to feed most of the kinks there are. I just doesn't fit the TiTs universe well. I'm gonna have to lean toward putting it on another planet like Poe A that can only be reached randomly after some event or on easter (to tie into the christian overtones, is there a better day for catholics?).

This is all I could think of if you are still interested in this idea?
If you were to plan this for a later planet (maybe could plan for a later planet).

In that format it could possibly work, as long as the PC doesn't HAVE to walk through it unless they desire to. I do think you meant co-opt though which means, "To take or assume for one's own use.", as opposed to co-op which means, "An enterprise or organization owned by and operated for the benefit of those using its services." I'm pretty sure the peeps who wrote and/or interpreted the connections between The Bible and Dante's Inferno have little issue with you using them as a concept upon which to build a smutty storyline

I think some sort of goo would be better, at best it's just bad sex, at worst it has overtones of actual rape, and none of the current writers enjoy writing content like that, given how in the two games Fenco has made, there hasn't been a scene like that. Plus, actually fighting a massive, lazy goo would allow for much more in-character fighting moves, which are half the fun, instead of just another drone fight.

I read the whole thing. But it's not clear on a number of fronts, and no one is saying your ideas are bad. I think most of us are riffing on the ideas you've brought forth and how they might be worked into something that COULD be a better fit into TiTs. But I can't REALLY speak for everyone involved

By a gluttonous enemy blocking an exit to another area because of immobility, I'm assuming you mean an enemy that's really fat or something. If so, I'm not sure if that's a no-go for the game, but if they're just really lazy then that could be good.

EGGZAKARY! I dunno how it would be a no-go for the game. It's not like the character would be truly interactable so they would be almost entirely description in scenes. Another alternative to resolving their gluttony would be to find a way to use their own gluttony against them to get them out of the way, carrot-and-stick style maybe.

Haha, I wasn't really thinking of them as a mount I kind of doubt that if they are an exemplar of gluttony they would be all that easy to turn into a mount anyways.
