I was in the Dream palace, and was able to trigger 2 hidden scenes of dick growth. Kas givin me a present xD.

But I was unable to replicate. Any ideias ?

If the pc's dick ever gets over 30 inches she stops offering as well if I'm not mistaken. Might be that.
