It is legal in countries in which it is open and does not breaks any rights. Using a proxy and redirecting traffic is not prohibited in more than one country. And also does not bear any financial benefits. Therefore, if you write something, understand the question from the beginning and then write.
Also player do not risk losing any personal data, this is a lie.

you advertize a hacked version of the game and u do not own the game you run illegal servers without Sexgamedevill know and ofc players risk their personal data cause one God knows what that gamefile hides inside since its hacked not to mention the server they connect .
Also the game is copyrighted by sexgamedevill and u have no permission to run their game .

This is a game copy of the 390 version, with a redirect to another ip address. All game files are open for research and written in C#. I suggest you provide evidence of yours, because otherwise your words are worthless, and you are simply lying.

Do you own the game ? NO Do you have copyrights ? NO Do you run the Game with sexgamedevil permission ? NO
So basicaly ur a player that decided to hack game run ur own server and advertize a game that isnt urs not to mention that people that connect n log in in ur hacked version use emails n passwords that you can see and ur not a game company that ppl can trust their credentials ur just another player that can use naive ppl data to blackmail them etc

The game is available in the public domain and does not bear any financial benefits. No any permissions from Sexgamedevil are needed.
Users can select any fake mail, confirmation by mail is not necessary. You just cannot recover the password in this case.

I can tell just from Alivia's avatar they know where this game comes from, so that Link should be all the proof that anyone with half a brain needs to prove your claims false...

Take it easy. Nobody said that this is private property. This is a custom server for the game. In this topic, just files with the game and traffic redirection to play the game for free.

In server update: New functions

* Added /sex command, allowing you to configure invites to accept poses
* Added /room prompt TEXT command, which sets a greeting when entering your room
* Added a greeting when entering the game (no more than 1 time in 4 hours)
* Now you can omit the player’s name for the / expel and / pay commands (if you write a command to him in the PM)
* Fixed bug with too aggressive duplication /me
* Added /room slowmode command, which allows you to enable slow-mode (or mute) chat in your room
* Ignore now works both ways
* /give that works the same as /pay, but at the same time writes about the transaction in the chat

your server but you have hacked game before it moved on 64 bit client and cant be mod and use it illegally this forum isnt to advertized hacked game versions from creators lol
what part of you do not own the game you dont undertand lol its a thieft period .
i see many creators here posted patreon stuff i dont think they would love a guy like you steal their work lol .
Anyway u will be dealt by the according authorities

From what time do you realize that using a proxy is not prohibited? Formally, this is a free server from a paid game. But he is freely available, does not award himself any rights to authorship and does not take any money. And from the point of view of the law, nobody will ban it.

What universe do you live in?
Developers have long been aware of modifications, more than six months. Since the 339th version. This server is already on many forums, not just this one. And the developers also know about it. This is the reason why they began as crazy to release so many updates so as not to completely lose the audience of the server.

Also, I've been avoiding taking part in your terribly stupid argument, but I can't take the misuse of the term 'hacked' anymore. I assume you're too dumb to understand the difference, but running private servers of a game doesn't typically require any hacking, or for that matter, much in the way of coding knowledge at all. Just a copy of the software needed to run the server. FFXI has hundreds of private servers which between them have a larger population of players than the official game.

If you want to assert that this is *actually* a case of hacking as opposed to just a copy of the game run privately, provide some proof thereof. Not that anyone but you and the other guy actually give a shit. Hell, I only care insofar as I'd like for your argument to not be such a ridiculous eyesore in literally every way it can.

It's *probably* completely safe, but there is a slight risk to go along with the fact that it's a free private server. If you don't want to take that risk, use the official servers, but be aware that there's a subscription fee. Is the slightly higher level of internet security worth paying a monthly sub? Only you, your budget, and your libidinous interest in this... game?? simulation?... this whatever it is can make that decision.

That's honestly all the info I can give you; raw probability. Unfortunately, no one has had anything intelligent to say on the matter, and without credible first-hand accounts of wrongdoing or otherwise, that's all the data there is. If you do try the free server and it is a positive or negative experience for you, please, by all means share that info. It'll be more helpful than any of the other posts in here.

They don't. As far as I can tell, nuances like that are totally lost on them.

To be perfectly frank, the legit server could be a much larger scam for all we know. A neat package with which to sneak a trojan on to your system and even get you to pay subscription fees to have it infect your files. Not to mention 'sexgamedevil' sounds like something a pornbot would come up with >_>. You have to take it on faith that that isn't the case until credible sources can verify one way or the other and sadly, there aren't any of those here.

Edit: Just to make it clear, I'm not saying that it *is* a scam, i was making an example to showcase how much we have to take on faith. I'm not taking a side in the longstanding argument in this thread because I don't care.

The "legit" one almost certainly is some heap too, yeah, given how the two spokes persons for it are carrying themselves in such a questionable manner.

I am continuing to not do anything with this thread despite spamming the reports, as I find the whole argument to be silly at best and don't really care for it. Unfortunately, neither title seems actively malicious like most things I nuke off here, so use your own discretion.
