I think it has to do with Dumb4cum Perk since the Int keeps going up and not decreasing.

This is absolutely fucking hilarious.

Imagine having so much INT that you have more intellect than the entire universe combined because you drank cum, lol. Not even the Black Void's AI has this much INT.

It does seem to be Dumb4Cum. It's not a save-import issue, either. Oddly, the full value is only shown on the level up screen.

Edit: Syri's Book talk is also broken and can raise Intelligence without limit.
Edit2: I just pushed Reflexes to 51 by Running. Syri is much faster because she has no cooldown, but I think Slow Stat Gain is broken in general.

That's because the level up screen only shows pc.Internal_intelligenceRaw.
Whereas pretty much everywhere else uses either pc.intelligence() or pc.bimboIntelligence()
And those functions are always capped at level * 5 (with the exception of the +10 intelligence of the implant).
