2 Eternal Reverie glitches

In update 0.9.096, there are 2 glitches that reliably occur. 1st is that telling the Mistress on the Eternal Reverie towards the end of the event about the rescue of Chiaki doesn't start the fight. Telling her about the rescue restarts the conversation back to when we enter the Command Room.
2nd is that after the event, no new sex options with Tessa become available despite her telling us she has a new idea on her ship.
