Once you hit the ultra exhibitionist perk, exhibition stays locked at 100. Your lust will rise if you walk around town naked and it gives some scene changes (I think) and unlocks public masturbation. Other than an increase in minimum lust though, I don't believe there are any negative consequences.

Since no one talked about Nuki Nuts - I (personally) think there is no downsides to Nuki Nuts unless you make a character with a very fast cum recovery since they can make them grow bigger and it can be a hassle having to cum it out every time you move a few squares. There is also the fact you may forget about it and involuntarily make your pc's balls too big.

TLDR; There isn't any downsides really, just be careful about your refractory and the size your pc's balls get you should be fine [|87

You can get around this with the Hoverboard or Hardlight Anti-Grav Jock/Thong. I thought I'd tested this. Doesn't seem like it actually works.
You can also prevent growth with ReductPro, but that requires maintenance and gets expensive.
