I'm nor sure what exactly the trigger is, but when my character, a dragon girl, gets knocked up by Evelyn and has then sex with her again while pregnant, her Offer Self scenes stop rotating. So for example, you lose access to all her Offer Self scenes aside from the Doggystyle and Pronebone ones.
