Despite the wiki stating that removing all vaginas on a female character removes the heat cycle perk from it, this does not actually happen in practice.

Perk Gained: Heat Cycle - Your body periodically enters a state of heat when you’re not pregnant, which boosts your libido, fertility and sexiness, but also makes it harder to control your breeding instincts. This perk can be removed by losing your pussies.
