[0.9.160-PUBLIC#7042] Fatal Error on ReductPro use

[Entity-36572-B]

Tried to use the reductpro TF in the newest patch, which consistently leads to a fatal error regardless of context.

This is on the browser version using the waterfox browser (6.6.15 64-bit). I changed browsers recently from edge and continued this save by downloading the savefile from the old browser and uploading it to the new. This had a side affect of putting the tarkus pirates in gastigoth despite me letting them go in this save, never figured out why.

In the save navigate to the ship storage to retrieve the TF.
