I assume this is a UI issue that came from recent changes. As of the latest public release all Non-Class perks have the word false isplayed in the upper right. I know enough about coding to know this is a flag of some sort. I assume it's not supposed to be there. The class perks display their level at this spot (LVL 2, Lvl3, etc). I assume since non class perks don't have a level that may be the false flag is being displayed, but it shouldn't really be there at all. I looked at build 1.9.158 and the "false" flag wasn't there then, so it must have just happened in the changes that accompanied the latest release.
