Fixed [0.9.153-BACKER-ELECTRON#6746] Bess - Get Doggy Scene CockDescript Error

So I gave Bess an equine cock and almost every instance of of the scene that mentions her cock gives "ERROR: CockDescript called with index of -1 - out of BOUNDS" Don't know if this occurs on other scene or other cock types. There was at least one instance during the scene where "stallion-prick" went through, but the scene was filled with the errors.

Hopefully fixed for the next release.

It seems when the "resetDefaultGenitalia()" was implemented, certain NPCs that removed and created genitals in a non-standard way did not get to properly reset their genitalia indices. So if you ever had Bess/Ben remove their vagina, the default genital indices would reset so adding back genitalia would have had their default index values out of sync. This correction should now properly reset their default indices any time their genitals have been added or removed.
