0.9.144 Rival can't be flirted with

As far as I remember I've done all the appropriate actions to flirt with my Rival and even the flags all seem right from my admittedly limited understanding but the option is still greyed out

Not a bug. You missed the SHINEGLASS_RIVAL_RECRUITCUZ flag.

I recall reading somewhere else that other players seem to have experienced the same problem. It might be worth looking into if the flag is correctly getting set in the train dungeon.

I was gonna say things went VERY well on the train, didn't knock out his bodyguard, I just assumed my memory was playing up for one of the dhaal flags but I def remember the train.

I don't see any issue at a glance.

You have to talk to them on the train, and it's the third button. If you fucked up already, it will say Motivation. You want it to say Recruit Cuz, but you do actually have to click through and see the scene to get credit.

Note that you can immediately click it again to Flirt With them, but it's the first half that sets the flag.

Edit: it's not the SHINEGLASS_RIVAL_RECRUITCUZ flag per se, it's the RIVAL_KISSED flag. But you don't get the chance to kiss unless you tried to recruit.

Is the Rival_Kissed flag getting set properly then? Some weeks ago I had to manually set it to 1 as well as I wasn't able to have sex with her during the event that happens after the dungeon.

I had completed the dungeon some months ago already though, so this might've been fixed long ago anyways.

Turns out it wasn't fixed it's still greyed out.

Rival kissed was missing

If you choose Flirt with [rival.name] it's set right away. I don't really see how it could avoid being set.

By the code just not working perhaps. I do remember my character getting sucked off by Jill, so there was flirting involved before that.
