I made a new character (Gryvain, short, herm, Black Scales, black genitals, red skin, max breast and cock size, incubator starting perk, intelligence affinity, bookworm, kind, tech specialist) I skipped the tutorial, took Celise, and left the ship to start the game, chose exploit vuln at the door, and after walking up, I got to the intersection-place, and got this screen. Would've asked on the discord but I got banned after a bot hwcked my account and spammed scam messages, so I can't access it anymore
