Fixed [0.9.141-PUBLIC#6448] Lithium Flower Doesn't Use Her Lust Reset

She never seems to use Lust Discharge. I'm guessing it's because the fight is over once she has 100 Lust, so she doesn't get a turn.

Hopefully fixed for the next release.

The Lithium Flower should no longer be defeated by lust--unless her tentacles were somehow all defeated or her Lust Discharge ability is on cooldown (which is now set to about 2 turns).
