Kiro seems to be missing sex options that have her fuck the PC vagina. The "Fuck Vag" option below is to fuck kiros vagina.

The exclusion of vaginally fucking Steele seems to be intentional since the menu you are on is Kiro's "ball sex" menu, which replaces her usual sex menu when her balls are too big. This may be primarily due to the sex scene not having any variable text for the size of her balls.
