Fixed [0.9.140-PUBLIC#6397] Steele Doesn't Heal at the End of War'gii Hold

A week of feasting, congratulations, and labor-intensive repair work devours your time like a glutton at an eating contest,...

You'd think Steele would be able to sneak a nap in during that week, at least. Or use any of the Korg'ii's very effective medicines (Healing Poultices).
As it stands, the player has to Rest/Sleep afterward to recover any Energy or missing HP.

Hopefully fixed for the next release. Due to the long period of time that elapses, Steele will "sleep" for each day that passes, which should auto heal at least.
